ElderonPlus Return Policy 2026

All terms and conditions of the ElderonPlus Return Policy apply as follow

Eligible Returns

ElderonPlus accepts returns only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

We do not offer returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after use.

Return Timeframe

  • Customers must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Product Categories

Supplements, Body Care & Cleaner Products

All supplement, body care, and cleaner products are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Wellness Technology & Devices

(Including but not limited to wellness equipment, light therapy devices, mats, or similar products.)

  • Eligible for return only if damaged or defective
  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and accessories

This is a 30-day replacement/return warranty, not a money-back guarantee.

Accessories

(Bags, covers, inserts, brushes, or similar items)

  • Returns accepted only for defective or damaged items.
  • Must be reported within 30 days.
  • Opened items are not eligible unless defective.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • ElderonPlus does not provide prepaid return labels.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact ElderonPlus support with your order number.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Items sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Returned products must be unused, sanitary, and in original condition. Items showing physical damage, missing parts, or improper handling may be denied.

Having Trouble with a Product?

If you experience any issue with your item, please contact ElderonPlus support with detailed information. Our team will assist with troubleshooting and, if necessary, arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Third-Party Marketplaces

Products purchased from third-party platforms must follow that platform’s return policies. ElderonPlus is unable to process refunds without valid proof of purchase from the official ElderonPlus store.

ElderonPlus reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
