1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All ElderonPlus products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty provided by the manufacturer/supplier.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctions under normal use
  • Electrical/mechanical faults not caused by misuse

What's NOT Covered

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage from improper storage or handling.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your product develops a defect within the warranty period:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@elderonplus.store with your order number.

Step 2: Provide Proof
Share photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

Step 3: Claim Submission
We will submit the warranty claim to our supplier for verification.

Step 4: Resolution
Once approved, one of the following will apply:

  • A replacement item will be
    shipped to you
  • A refund or store credit may be issued if replacement is not possible
  • In rare cases, you may be asked to return the product for inspection (return shipping costs may apply)

Processing Time

  • Warranty verification: 3–7 business days
  • Replacement shipping: 7–20 business days
  • Total estimated resolution: approximately 2–4 weeks

Timeline may vary depending on destination country and shipping method

Refund & Return Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective products approved under warranty.
  • We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or customer misuse.
  • In cases where return is required, the product must be sent back in its original packaging, and return costs may be the customer's responsibility (unless otherwise approved)
